Because premium, hard-to-find bourbon is expensive! Also, because we wanted to make sure you had something to bring home with you to elevate your bourbon drinking experience at home.

“Hard to find” means that you won’t be able to purchase a bottle easily – or at all. You won’t be able to walk into a regular liquor store and find it. You probably won’t find it at most bars, either (unless they’re on the Urban Bourbon Trail, of course). In some cases, the bottles are so rare you’d have to bid on them online at steeply inflated pricing (though this changes regularly depending on availability).

And as often as possible, we purchase Single Barrel Selects, which are so rare that there is only ever one single barrel of them in existence. In that case, the ONLY place you can try this bourbon (or purchase a bottle) is the exact place where you’re trying it on our food tour. That’s it. It doesn’t exist elsewhere.

Frequently, the bourbon selects we feature on our tours run out, so many of our guests are among the last to ever try a specific bottle.

Our beautiful customized glass, coasters and whiskey stones are purchased from a local company called On Your Mark Engraving, which is owned by the mother of one of our team members! We absolutely love supporting small, local businesses.
