Take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions about the Board & Bites Paddleboard & Food Tour Adventure.

All levels of paddle boarding experience are welcome on this tour. You will need to be able to sit or stand on a paddleboard, balance, and swim. This tour requires a moderate level of fitness and is not wheelchair friendly. For the walking food tour portion of this adventure, you will be walking about 1.5 miles over the course of 3 hours.

Please dress for your paddle boarding adventure (bathing suit, sun cover, sunscreen, hat) and bring a change of clothing and comfortable walking shoes for your food tour.

Both! This is a co-hosted tour. You will book directly with Endless Summer Paddle. After your paddle, you’ll head over to meet your food tour guide in NuLu and we’ll take it from there!

You’ll be eating quite a bit – which is great, because you’ll be pretty hungry after your paddle boardingadventure! In total, you’ll be making 6-7 stops and sampling 8 delicious items. You may want to plan to skip dinner or eat something light that evening.

In addition to the food, there are a total of 3 small alcoholic drinks on this tour.

Yes! We’ll make sure you get some delicious non-alcoholic drinks to sip and enjoy. Even without drinking, you’ll have a great time, enjoy a beautiful paddle out on the Ohio River, eat plenty of delicious food and enjoy fascinating stories about Louisville’s history.

The tour begins at Endless Summer Paddle’s Ohio River headquarters, 1501 Marinas Edge Way, Dock E, Louisville, KY.

After your paddle, you’ll drive yourself to the start of your food tour at Goodwood Brewing, 636 E Main Street.

Transportation is not provided, so please plan accordingly. The drive from the SUP tour to the food tour takes about 4 minutes.

On this tour, we are easily able to accommodate vegetarians and individuals with nut allergies. For other food allergies or dietary restrictions, we will do our best but you may miss out on eating at some stops that don’t offer anything on their menu to fit your needs. (For instance, this is a particularly difficult tour to adjust for gluten free guests.) Please indicate your food restrictions when you book your ticket.

This paddleboarding + food tour experience is 21+.

However, children are welcome to join our regular NuLu Food Tour, which does not involve paddleboarding.

Because this tour is a collaboration between Endless Summer Paddle and Louisville Food Tours, schedules are limited. But each company runs regular public tours, so if you’d like to book on a different day, simply book each tour individually.
