Nope! Your gift certificates never expire, so you can use them at any time.

That’s up to you! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to deliver that “wow” moment.

If you are shipping the gift certificate directly to its intended recipient, please make sure you let us know who to put in the “To” and “From” fields!

We got you! All of our gift certificates have a digital record, regardless of whether you’re delivering them digitally or shipping them to open in person. All we need to locate your gift certificate is the name or email address of the person who bought it for you. Get in touch and we can help!

Mailing time depends on a few factors, including how far your certificate has to go. We recommend allowing 3-6 business days for USPS to deliver the gift certificate to your recipient.

Orders shipped with Louisville will be fastest – and if you’re really down to the wire, we can always leave one our office (located near Paristown) for you to pick up! Please get in touch to arrange that.

Of course, the easiest answer is whatever you’re comfortable with! But here are some things to keep in mind:

Our tours range in pricing from $35-$179. Our least expensive tour does not have any food or drinks, and our costliest tours are our evening cocktail tours.

Tours are also priced differently depending on which day of the week and season the tour is running. Off season (Dec-March) and mid-week will be cheaper than high season (April, May and October) on a weekend, for instance.

Tour bookings incur a 6% sales tax and a 6% booking fee, plus a 1.75% credit card processing fee, that are all charged at the time of booking a tour – so if you want to cover those fees, we recommend going through the tour booking process to the end to see what the total cost will be. (Please note that sales tax is NOT charged on gift cards, to avoid incurring double fees.)
