Story

Story is a co-working and meeting space that in a beautifully renovated space on Market Street in the heart of NuLu, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood. At Story, the “days of the ‘vanilla’ conference room are over”. The space is colorful, fun, and yet professional with all the modern amenities, making it a great place to host your next meeting!

They have rooms that accommodate just 2-6 people for $45-55 an hour, rooms that hold 8-18 from $75-85 an hour, and their biggest room, called The Classroom, holds 25-40 people for $125 an hour. Any of the spaces also gives you access to free Quills coffee and Kombucha!

Story’s space is primarily used as a co-working space for small businesses, so it’s a great place to connect with other local businesses and make connections. It very much feels “community first”, and the wonderfully helpful staff will do all they can to make your meeting a success!

Market on Main

For a stylish and sophisticated event space with unique activities and a convenient parking lot, check out Market on Main. This beautiful event space is located on the third floor of 900 E. Main St. and features hardwood floors, white-washed exposed brick, and charming globe-like light fixtures that exude a touch of midcentury modern elegance.

Market on Main offers flexible rental options to suit your event needs. With a half-day rate of $600, covering 2-4 hours between 8 am and 5 pm, and a full-day rate of $1,200 for 4-8 hours within the same time frame, you’ll have the freedom to tailor the duration of your event according to your schedule. After-hours rentals from 5 pm to 11 pm are available at the same rates. All bookings include an hour each for setup and teardown and use of the building’s parking lot.

You have a few options when it comes to Old 502. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Henry Clay was originally developed as an Elks Lodge in 1924. After serving as a hotel and a YWCA center, the building then sat vacant until 2005 when it was renovated and restored to its former glory.
